Saltmarsh Quarter is a collection of twelve coastal homes created as a full demonstration of what the SCHEME system delivers — from initial positioning and brand identity through to CGI visualisation, a bespoke development website, and an interactive plot finder. Every element was built to show how a development of this scale should be brought to market.
Establishing a sense of place.
Coastal developments live or die on their ability to evoke a feeling — the light, the air, the particular quality of life they offer. The challenge was to build a brand and digital presence that captured the essence of the saltmarsh landscape and translated it into a compelling proposition for buyers.

We applied the full SCHEME launch system: positioning the development within its coastal context, creating a brand identity rooted in the natural palette of the site, producing CGI visuals that conveyed warmth and quality, and building a digital experience — including an interactive plot finder — that made it easy for buyers to understand the development and take the next step.
